<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; white-space: pre-wrap; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px">还记得5年前中国出境的旅客吗？ 他们带着各式各样的数码产品、化妆品、香水、欧洲真正用可可做的靓朱古力、高级红酒、欧洲名牌衣服手袋等。而到2009年已少见了这种现象，除一些在内地未上架的名牌衣服、手袋等，大多数的奢侈品都可在内地买得到。而且现时在内地的高消费族再非以爱炫耀和有钱扮低调两者区分，而是越来越像香港或欧美的中产阶级很有智慧地消费。爱炫耀和扮低调的人已非主流，这群新的中产高消费族有几个特性：</span></p><p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; white-space: pre-wrap; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px">1、  非来自北京、上海、广州、深圳等一线大城市，更多是来自二线甚至三线的城市如大连、天津、成都、佛山、桂林等地。</span></p><p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; white-space: pre-wrap; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px">2、  他们不像以往集中个人消费，而是按家庭总需求消费。例如会购物给配偶、儿女、年长的父母。所以他们不是计入有高消费力的人，而是有高消费力的家庭。那么我们做新的奢侈品行销则要着力在家庭价值而非个人价值，更多的集体主义而非个人主义，这种家庭在中国已有约440万户。</span></p><p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; white-space: pre-wrap; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px">3、 过往（5年前）这440万户只懂几个奢侈品品牌，现在随时十多种也会，而且包含的行业已不止是服装、化妆品等领域。</span></p><p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; white-space: pre-wrap; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px">4、 当他们购物时，价格仍是次要，首要的是品牌和名气（因是奢侈品，所以重视名气）必需远高于内地任何同行品牌，这种要求比之香港或欧美更高。我有位在Samsonite工作的朋友，已见过几个内地客户要求品质要到超重也运作畅顺地拉行李的地步。</span></p><p><a href="http://poseidonhenry.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=1890652" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></summary>

<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; white-space: pre-wrap; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px">现时已越来越多的香港专业人士北上，香港处处碰到的大家都认识，难以再找到新的空间。我8年前起便在内地开过厂，2008年初出售工厂，现在又再回到深圳开公司。个人的看法是切勿拿香港这套心态到内地。还记得前特首夫人的话吗？香港人做事的越来越少，只会日日complaint，complaint，complaint  。在珠三角里，差不多不可能看到这种情况，因为人人忙着赚钱，同时早明白发展、贫富的差距是全球都有的。即便如北欧的福利大国也是，人人争着自己发展，complaint的背后是颇严重的等政府福利。香港90年代前的自力更生精神，现在在珠三角不为盛行，反而港人开始有一大群人想依靠吃老本，故日日在complaint， 再加上政党为选票更是hammer政府多支出福利。我个人认为5年后深圳将和香港看齐，若港人日夜再受政客影响日夜complaint 。内地每年本土出产近800万大学生，留学回流的200多万，一年便有近千万大学生投入市场。5年后是最少5千万，还未计入输入海外专业和外资。深圳或珠三角一定分得一定程度大比例的人才，因大都集中在北京、上海、广州、深圳、大连等地。</span><p><a href="http://poseidonhenry.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=1890646" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></summary>
